The Lex is a six-storey multi-family residential apartment building with a total of 45 suites and 2 high exposure ground floor commercial retail units located in the heart of downtown Vancouver.

The Pure Group applied its focused management strategy to reposition and convert the Lex from a rental apartment building to an end-user condominium community.  Within a year the Pure team profitably divested all 47 units for $28.7 million producing a Return On Equity of 43% and an IRR of 55%.
