INVESTMENT OBJECTIVES

Pure Commercial Real Estate Advisors long-term objectives are to:

  • Generate stable and growing monthly cash distributions on a tax-efficient basis from investments in mixed-used and light industrial assets real estate properties;
  • Enhance and maximize the value of Pure Multi-Family's assets through active management and targeted value-add capital programs; and
  • Expand its asset base through an accretive acquisition program.
